Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated. We accept most major credit/debit cards and secure third-party payment services. NuVibe Lux is not responsible for errors in billing due to user input.
 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States and to select international destinations. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. NuVibe Lux is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.
 

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 5 days of delivery if they are defective, incorrect, or unused in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Non-returnable items include: final sale items, personalized/customized products, and gift cards.
