1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99 flat rate.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.99 flat rate.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $19.99 flat rate.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100.00

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery. The carrier is selected based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery destination.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States only.

  • Hazardous Materials: Certain items may be restricted from shipping due to federal regulations.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within  7 days of the expected delivery date at [Customer-Service@NuVibeLux.com]. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
