Refund Policy

At NuVibe Lux, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we’re here to help. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
 

1. Return Conditions

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.  Items must be free of scents and marks.

  • No return or exchange on panties, thongs or boy shorts. For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchange.

  • Please note: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
     

2. Refund Methods

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • You may also request a store credit or exchange (if inventory is available).

  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
     

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item), NuVibe Lux will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Please contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending any item back.

4. Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
     

5. Cancellations

        If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

        Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

        You are responsible for shipping cost for returns or cancellations.
